Regional Service Manager Commercial Vehicles – Cape Town
Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the service department to deliver exceptional customer support.
- Drive profitability and operational efficiency within the region.
- Ensure adherence to manufacturer warranty policies and procedures.
- Oversee workshop planning, job allocation, and timely delivery.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and staff development.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in commercial vehicle service management.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume service environments.
- Knowledge of OEM requirements and service processes.
3. Regional Service Manager – Northern Cape
Location: Northern Cape (based in a central hub, with regional travel)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple service points across the region, ensuring uniform service quality.
- Coordinate technical support and training for service teams.
- Analyse service data and implement corrective actions where needed.
- Develop strong relationships with fleet customers and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Requirements:
- Solid track record in managing multi-branch service operations.
- Strong technical aptitude with commercial trucks.
- Ability to travel extensively within the region.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
