Primary Functions:
- full reservations function
- answering all incoming calls
- attending to all enquiries & reservations
- sending out booking confirmations
- attending to spa & restaurant bookings
- assisting with front office functions
- guest relations
Experience Required:
- minimum 3 years working experience in similar environment
- must have 5 star hospitality experience
- Innkeeper Software
- MS Office, excel & word
Essential Skills & Qualifications required:

- love housekeeping
- functions & special events experience
- relevant tertiary qualification
- knowledge & experienced with Innkeeper software
- positive, happy, friendly, confident, clear voice for answering the phones

- computer literate MS Word; Excel & Outlook
- participative & contributing team player
- must be self-motivated & resourceful
Package:
- salary R6000+
- accommodation provided
- 7 rest days per month
- 15 days annual leave p.a.
