- have hostess / Waitress or customer experience
- Be computer literate and have the ability to communicate professionally on email
- Communicate professionally over the telephone
- Welcome and seat customers
- Be fluent in English
- Speaking either Arabic or Turkish is an advantage
- Be flexible and dynamic
- Work under pressure to support customer service
- Ability to show up in a professional manner
