JOB TITLE: Retail Sales Analyst and Trainer

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
To drive commercial growth and excellence through deep market insight, dynamic training, and structured leadership. As the primary point of contact for key retail accounts, this role will balance analytical precision with relational fluency.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Excellence
- Reviews sales data across key accounts, unlocking insights that drive performance and exceed monthly targets.
- Promotes the full Harvest Table range, amplifying merchandising impact to maximize shelf presence and consumer engagement.
- Identify product opportunities and monitor competitor activity to keep offerings relevant and market-responsive.
- Oversees pricing updates, contract execution, SKU setup, and on-boarding logistics.
- Provides monthly sales analysis reports that support in drive strategic decision making.
Training, Relationships & Retail Support
- Facilitates in-store training and promotional campaigns with a customer-first mind set.
- Conducts store visits to deepen engagement and uplift sales numbers.
- Maintains consistent feedback to management regarding market developments, performance indicators and expansion support.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
- Tertiary qualification in a marketing field an advantage
- Minimum 3 years experience with a proven track record.
- Must be in possession of a valid driver’s licence.
- Must have own transport.
