Someone with a passion for great customer service and who is able to maintain good customer relations. An outgoing and friendly personality who is dedicated and takes initiative. As a member of our team a keen eye is needed to observe as well as engage our consumers and make product suggestions based on your observations thereafter, you should try to upsell any related products that may go with your product suggestions. You will also be required to conduct weekly stock-take, light house-keeping of the store, make use of the Point of sale system and product merchandizing.
Candidate must meet the following Minimum Requirements:
Between 21 - 35
Well spoken and well presented
One-year retail sales experience
A proven track record in exceeding sales targets
Clear criminal record
Driving sales through excellent customer service
Maximizing sales engagement
Merchandising to optimize sales
Assisting and educating customers on products
Administration and facilitation of product training
Reliable transport is a must
