Duties & Responsibilities
- Engage with qualified leads for unpaid premium payment arrangements
- Call qualified leads to retain clients requesting policy cancellations
- Achieve and exceed monthly performance targets
- Deliver a professional presentation of our products and services
- Collaborate with peers and contribute to a dynamic team culture
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Minimum of Matric / Grade 12
- Clear criminal record
- FAIS Fit and Proper status (if previously employed in Financial Services)
- Strong sales and customer service abilities
- Computer literate (MS Office proficiency essential)
- Skilled in relationship building
- Target-driven with a positive, persistent attitude
- Proven call centre experience is preferred
- Background in retentions and/or collections is highly advantageous
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Resilient and persistent in achieving goals
Package & Remuneration
- Basic R6000.00 plus uncapped commission
- Full training provided
- Working hours: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
