Role: Returns Officer
You will oversee and manage the returns process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and positive customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds promptly and accurately
- Inspect returned products for resale eligibility
- Communicate with customers to resolve return-related issues
- Coordinate with customer service and logistics teams for smooth transactions
- Track return trends and suggest process improvements
- Maintain accurate records of returns and inventory
Requirements:
- Experience in retail or e-commerce returns (advantageous)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory management systems
- Knowledge of return policies and procedures
