- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.
- Create & Update technical documentation.
- Process modeling experience using MS Visio or any other tools with a solid understanding of workflow-based logic.
- Develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using tools like Automation Anywhere.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and optimize workflows.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing RPA solutions.
- Database configuration, writing SQL queries and troubleshooting
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards and best practices.
- Provide training and support to end-users for smooth adoption of automated processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA technologies and industry trends.
- IT Qualification and/or relevant RPA Certification
2+ years’ experience in:
- Experience and/or Certification in preferably Automation Anywhere RPA software or Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Automate and UI Path
- Proven experience in RPA development with tools like Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, or Power Automate.
- Strong proficiency in .net, SQL, or JavaScript (preferred).
- Understanding of process automation, workflow design, and machine learning integration.
- Strong understanding of system integrations and API development—experience with designing, consuming, and troubleshooting API connections within RPA workflows.
- Knowledge of JSON, XML, and web services to enable seamless communication between bots and external applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
