- Proactively network and sell our exciting range of debt relief products
- Assist customers with credit-related inquiries, loan applications, debt recovery, and payment options
- Explain financial products, credit terms and maintain a professional brand image
- build strong relationships with clients and maintain a professional brand image
- meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly targets related to sales collections and customer satisfaction
- comply with all relevant legislation, including the Customer Protection Act and POPIA
- Maintain confidentiality and always protect sensitive customer information
- Resolve customer complaints and conflicts effectively, escalating issues when necessary
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with product knowledge and compliance standards
- Work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required
