Requirements
Passed Matric or have a relevant NQ level 4
Strong communication skills, verbal and written
Having a student learning mentallty and adaptability skills
Positive attitude and outlook on situations
Being able to multitask and work under pressurs
Able to work in a team environment and participate in team activities
Able to work and deal with conflict as well as difficulties customers
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Able to be professional and handle situations as such
