We are looking for a female customer service representative who is detail-oriented, patient, and enjoys communicating with people.If you’re fluent in English and passionate about helping customers, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Requirements:
Gender: Female
Age: Between 25 and 50 years old
Language: Must speak fluent English, especially for phone communication. Knowing both English and Mandarin is a big plus, but not required
Job Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls, emails, and messages in a professional and friendly manner Handle order inquiries, quotations, and basic after-sales support Use basic office software (e.g., Excel, email) Coordinate with internal teams and sales staff to ensure smooth customer experience

Responsible and reliable Good problem-solving and communication skills Willingness to learn and handle pressure when needed Previous customer service experience is a plus
