Are you a passionate communicator with a flair for strategy and a heart for education? Mnandi ILC and Midrand ILC are seeking a Sales & Marketing Consultant to help us grow our reach, engage families, and amplify our impact in the community.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across social media, local networks, and community platforms
- Build relationships with parents, schools, and local stakeholders to promote our learning centres
- Provide engaging content by taking photos, videos, etc for flyers, posts, newsletters that reflects our inclusive and innovative ethos
- Track campaign performance and adjust strategies for maximum impact
- Represent our centres at community events, expos, and school visits
What You Bring
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or community engagement (education sector a plus!)
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Creative mindset with ability to design and deliver compelling campaigns
- Proficiency in key marketing tools, including:
- Mailchimp (email campaigns, newsletters, audience segmentation)
- Canva (flyers, social media visuals, branded content)
- Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram scheduling, ad management)
- WhatsApp Business (parent communication and updates)
- Familiarity with Google Forms, analytics tools, and basic video content creation
