Job Description
We are currently seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate is experienced, motivated, and customer-focused, with a strong background in sales — preferably within the perfume or cosmetics industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection and provide in-depth fragrance knowledge
- Maintain a high level of customer service and build strong client relationships
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store success
- Ensure store cleanliness and proper product display
- Operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (perfume/cosmetics preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and well-groomed appearance
- Available to work mall hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
