We are a bicycle franchise founded on passion and operating out of Cape Town for over 10 years. The team is values driven and accountable, aiming to be the best in the business. We are excited to be opening a third store in the Atlantic Seaboard/ Green Point area, and are hiring for the role of Sales Assistant.
The Role:
You will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, managing customer accounts, and managing inventory. You will also play a vital role in driving revenue growth, expanding market share and building customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Prospecting and qualifying leads through various channels
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Management and replenishment of inventory
- Store merchandising
- Providing excellent customer service and support
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Drivers license
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of the sales process and technique
- Values driven
- Self motivated
- Experience in the cycling industry, or a love of cycling and all things bike
