Customer Interaction & Sales:
- Greeting customers:Providing a warm welcome and initiating conversations with customers entering the store.
- Product knowledge:Understanding the features and benefits of products to effectively advise customers.
- Assisting customers:Helping customers find specific items, offering recommendations, and providing support during their shopping experience.
- Processing transactions:Handling cash and card payments, and potentially managing online transactions.
- Addressing inquiries and complaints:Answering customer questions, resolving issues, and escalating more complex problems to management according.
- Promoting products:Informing customers about special offers, promotions, and new products.
Store Maintenance and Operations:
- Stock management: Monitoring inventory levels, restocking shelves, and potentially receiving and unpacking new stock deliveries.
- Maintaining store appearance: Ensuring the store is clean, tidy, and well-organized, including arranging displays and keeping shelves stocked.
- Security: Being aware of potential shoplifting or fraudulent activity.

- High School (matric) (Required)
Experience:
- Sales assistance : 1 year (Preferred)
