A leading commercial vehicle dealership is seeking Sales Assistants to support its sales operations and customer engagement efforts across key regions. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support & Sales Assistance
- Assist walk-in and online customers with inquiries on trucks, vans, and commercial vehicles.
- Schedule test drives and coordinate product demonstrations.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending customer feedback.
- Support senior sales executives in preparing proposals and closing deals.
Product & Market Knowledge
- Maintain a strong understanding of available commercial vehicle models, features, and specifications.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and OEM campaigns.
- Attend product training sessions and brand workshops.
Administrative & CRM Support
- Manage customer data and update CRM systems accurately.
- Ensure proper documentation for quotations, test drives, and sales files.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports for the sales manager.
Requirements:
- Education: Matric certificate required; further studies in Sales, Marketing, or Automotive Management advantageous.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing or sales assistant role (motor or commercial vehicle experience preferred).
- Skills: Excellent communication, customer service, and time-management skills.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license essential.
