Sales Associate – Cannabis Retail (Paarl Only)

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Sales Associate to join our cannabis retail team in Paarl.
About the Role:
As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of our store—guiding customers, answering questions, and making informed product recommendations. You’ll help ensure that each customer has a welcoming, professional, and educational experience with us.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to learn quickly and retain product knowledge
- Reliable and punctual with strong communication skills
- Cannabis product knowledge or previous experience in the industry is an advantage, but not required
Requirements:
- Must be based in Paarl (only candidates living in Paarl will be considered)
- Must be available to work shift-based, from 09h00 to 17h00
- Must be able to start immediately
- Professional conduct and willingness to work in a strictly compliant and responsible environment
