JOB BRIEF:
We are looking for a detail-oriented sales coordinator to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting sales representatives, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Position Available: Immediate
Responsibilities include:
· Assist Sales team to improve the productivity by contacting customers, arrange appointments and ensuring sales representatives have high quality, up-to-date support material, by understanding customer needs and relationships.
· Handling calls, emails, and messages, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, complete and manage sales on in house systems.
· Handling orders by phone, email, or walk in customers and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
· Engage and attend to sales representatives’ customers in showroom by maintaining good customer relationships.
· Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
· Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
· Handle administrative duties by developing and maintaining filing systems to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
· Continuous learning of products knowledge and stay up to date with industry trends and news.
Requirements and skills:
· Proven sales co-ordinator experience with good track record.
· Interpersonal and customer service skills.
· Excellent verbal, written communications, and organizational skills.
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
· Self-motivated, results driven, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Computer Literacy, Matric with minimum 3 years’ experience
