Purpose of the Role:
Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and scheduling software demos to support the sales pipeline of ClubManager and related services.
Key Responsibilities
- Make approximately 50 cold calls daily to prospective clients.
- Schedule software demos with potential customers.
- Manage and update CRM system with accurate lead and client data.
- Generate quotes and support sales follow-up activities.
- Liaise with the sales team to meet monthly lead generation targets.
- Conduct follow-up communications via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Assist in preparing client onboarding documentation after sales.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in sales, lead generation, or telemarketing roles.
Hard Skills (Proficiency Required):
- CRM systems (basic data entry and updates) – Basic proficiency
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) – Intermediate proficiency
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) – Basic proficiency
- Sales call handling and appointment setting
- Basic understanding of software solutions (training provided)
