We are looking for a motivated, driven and well spoken internal sales represtative with experience selling office stationery / furniture to join our team. The internal sales represtenative will be responsible for generating new leads, communicationg with customers, understanding their needs and being able to ensure a smooth and seamless sales process. He/She should be able to close sales and meet targets,
The ideal candidate should have office stationery or office furniture knowledge and experience of being in the said industry. He/She should be willing to learn and grow within our Organization.
Duties & Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Communicating with customers: making outbound calls to exisiting and potential customers.
Actioning & following up on leads
Responding to potential customers questions & queries and sending through required information via e mail
Keeping up with products, service information and updates
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
Explaining, demonstrating features of products & services
Upselling products and services
Staying informed about competing products and services
Researching and qualifying new leads
Closing sales and achieving sales targets
