As we continue to grow, we are looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Follow up on leads and build strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Provide accurate quotes and explain our services clearly and confidently.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with customer details and interaction history.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a B2C environment.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written (English fluency required).
- Proven ability to manage high call volumes and close sales effectively.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and work with CRM and booking tools.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace.
