Midlands Car Sales, operating under Good Example Trading and Projects 169 cc, is hiring energetic and motivated Sales Executives. This role involves a blend of office-based sales (call centre) and in-field marketing and deal closure. Candidates must be flexible, as travel across provinces may be required on short notice.
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Travel to towns and client locations to close deals
- Represent Midlands Car Sales at activations and roadshows
- Assist vehicle buyers with finance paperwork and consultations
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication in English (Zulu, Sesotho, Xhosa, or Siswati a bonus)
- Willingness to travel and work unpredictable hours
- Self-motivated, confident, and presentable
- Comfortable working on a commission-only basis for the first 3 months
Compensation:
- Commission-only for first 3 months
- Commission ranges from R2,000 to R10,000 per vehicle sold, depending on structure
- Top agents earn R15,000 – R30,000+ monthly after ramp-up
Location:
- Based in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal, but travel across South Africa is expected
