Job Objective:
•This position will be responsible for achieving sales objectives and targets within the salon channel across Amka Skin & Body.
•This position will be responsible for growing sales efforts by studying existing and potential clients.
•Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks.
•Ensuring that Amka Skin & Body has a fair and equitable trading policy that is competitive and defendable.
•Expertise in business planning, managing trade investment strategically, key negotiations, forecasting excellence and annual customer planning.
•Accountable for delivery of sales is a necessary requirement as the position will require the incumbent to work functionally across the channel and internal business.
•Accurate forecasting informed by trends, promotional activity, ROS, customer stock holding and monthly Net Sales target and margin achievement.
•Propose best practices and promotional trends.
•Effectively deliver product knowledge and business education.
•Price Increases - Ensure that PIs are introduced to customers appropriately to ensure that pricing is accepted and facilitated in a timely and efficient manner.
•Stay in line with competitors and implement strategic objectives.
Qualification and Skills :
•Qualification in business administration, sales, or relevant field.
•1-2 Years Sales Experience at the same level.
•Ability to manage time, deadlines, and processes.
•Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
•Proficiency in MS Office.
•Motivation for sales.
•Must have the ability to think and act strategically, have a good sense for sales and business principles.
•Entrepreneurial qualities; team player, self-starter.
