Sales Representative – Laboratory Equipment & Consumables (Gauteng)
Are you an experienced sales professional with a strong background in laboratory equipment and consumables? We’re looking for a seasoned individual to represent our trusted brands in Gauteng and deliver value across the educational, pathology, industrial, and commercial sectors.
About the Role
This role demands industry experience and a deep understanding of the lab environment. You’ll build strategic relationships, drive growth, and be the frontline ambassador for quality and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of customers across Gauteng
- Prospect and convert new business opportunities across relevant sectors
- Provide product demonstrations, support, and technical insight
- Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, logistics, and fulfilment
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPI benchmarks
- Stay informed on market developments, industry regulations, and competitor offerings
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer visits
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in selling laboratory equipment and consumables (Non-negotiable)
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to build lasting customer relationships
- Self-driven with excellent time management in a field-based role
- Based in Gauteng with a strong regional network
- Willingness to travel across Gauteng and nationally when needed

Job Type: Full-time Pay: R28 000–R35 000 per month (depending on experience and performance)
