Position: Sales Support & Customer Insights Coordinator

We’re looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Support & Customer Insights Coordinator to join our team.
This role bridges our sales operations and customer engagement—providing critical internal support while capturing and communicating the voice of the customer to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a central point for collecting, organizing, and escalating customer feedback.
- Track and report on trends in service levels, complaints, and compliments.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and operations teams to resolve client concerns and provide accurate supply dates.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer queries, and resolutions.
- Assist with the development of surveys and tools to improve customer experience.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on feedback insights and internal support metrics.
- Follow up with customers post-resolution to ensure satisfaction and identify further opportunities for improvement.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Matric (required); a diploma or certificate in Sales Admin, Business, or Customer Relations is advantageous.
- 2+ years' experience in internal sales support or customer service roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook including V Lookup , Pivot and similar Excel functions
- Experience with CRM systems and order processing tools is an advantage.
- Analytical thinker with a passion for service improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Team player with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in Warehouse & Wholesale sectors.
- Exposure to customer experience management or quality improvement initiatives.
- Strong reporting or data analysis skills.

Pay: R15 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
