What you will be doing:
- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage the project backlog and prioritise work items.
- Track project progress and ensure that deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and escalate issues as needed.
- Identify and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Continuously improve the Scrum process and team performance.
What our client is looking for:
- A relevant tertiary degree would be beneficial, but not mandatory.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent
- 5+ years Scrum Master experience
- 3+ years project management experience
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Work Type:
- This will be a 6 month contract initially - Will get renewed or made permament.
