Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering (B Eng) or relevant qualification (Essential/Minimum)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (Recommended/Desirable)
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (Recommended/Desirable)
- 6-8 years of experience in business improvement, business excellence, or improvement methodologies (Essential/Minimum)
- Proficiency in business performance analysis and operational excellence
- Strong project management skills, including planning, tracking, budget control, and issue management
- Experience in stakeholder relationship management across business units
- Ability to develop and implement Business Improvement strategies aligned with business goals
- Commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and ability to facilitate creative business solutions
- Adherence to health, safety, and community practices and requirements

Duties & Responsibilities
- Facilitate and guide business unit improvement teams to achieve strategic business goals in alignment with overall organizational objectives.
- Develop and implement Business Improvement (BI) strategies, translating them into functional area targets.
- Optimize performance by designing and directing improvement processes and facilitating decision-making.
- Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment between business units and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Conduct business review processes, evaluating critical performance areas and implementing metrics to track efficiency and effectiveness.
- Execute and support Business Intelligence and operational excellence initiatives through comprehensive business analysis and root cause analysis.
- Manage multiple breakthrough projects at the business unit level, including project planning, tracking, and budget control.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment and integration across business units.
- Adhere to health and safety practices, comply with Safety Health Environment and Community (SHEC) requirements, and promote a healthy work environment.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, creativity, and innovation to enhance business solutions and operational practices.
