Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and meet new and existing customers to establish needs.
- Implement relationship techniques to ensure customers and contractors are secure.
- Market the Bowler value proposition.
- Ensure high level of customer service.
- Provide customers with knowledge of Bowler’s offerings in products as well as solutions.
- Predict customer job problems and needs (opportunities for Bowler) and implement appropriate measures.
- Handle customer complaints/ queries in line with Bowler policy.
- Facilitate with the flow of customer projects.
- Complete administration and reports as required.
- Daily log in of client meetings.
- Weekly Log Sheet.
- Quote submissions and follow-up.
- Weekly estimates.
- CCR logging and follow-up.
- Back-order review and customer stock control.
- Budget (done once a year).
- Pre-production and Rough Orders.
- Reports as requested from time to time.
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) or National Diploma or similar analytical and commercial qualification specifically prioritizing consumerism, business and retail understanding
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
- Competence in Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to establish and maintain good customer relationships, both internally and externally.
