  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate effective communication and alignment across internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, international customers, and executive management.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor project progress using designated planning and reporting tools. Track cost and schedule performance and implement corrective actions as required.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to project governance, company policies, export control regulations, and product development procedures.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing development of project management processes, tools, and best practices.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • A degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a project management role, preferably in a product development or engineering environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary projects, with exposure to export-controlled or regulated environments considered a strong advantage.
  • Formal project management training (e.g., PMP®, PRINCE2®, IPMA) preferred.
  • Strong planning, financial analysis, and risk management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Excel, SAP, etc.); experience with Siemens Teamcenter is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Highly organised, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal support.
