Senior Sales Representative | Flooring Solutions (Bellville)

What you'll bring:
Minimum Grade 12 education.
A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a retail environment.
Hardware and Flooring sales experience will be a distinct advantage.
Working knowledge of basic Excel, Word, and Outlook.
A valid EB driver's license.
A strong sales orientation supported by sound administrative abilities.
Proven experience in retail industry sales and cold calling.
Ability to motivate and lead a sales team, achieve targets, and report to operational officers.
Excellent telephone and general communication etiquette.
Strong ability to resolve problems and customer queries effectively.
Exceptional ability to communicate with customers in a professional manner.
Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
Ability to conduct yourself in a professional, effective manner at all times.
Willingness to work in a 6-day retail environment.
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday: 8:00 - 17:00
Saturday: 8:30 - 13:00
