The Mobile Solutions team at Klipboard is responsible for the design, build, maintenance, and release of all mobile applications in our portfolio. You will play a pivotal role in mentoring peers, showcasing solutions, and promoting best practices within the team. Our collaborative approach involves regular interaction with product managers, designers, backend developers, and test engineers. We value innovation and encourage our team to bring forward new ideas and engage in continuous learning using the Scrum methodology.
As a key player on our team, you'll:
Be a Senior in a team of mobile engineers to create innovative mobile solutions for Android and iOS.
Work with MAUI technologies to build high-quality apps (converted from Xamarin) that support a range of ERP systems across diverse verticals.
Think outside the box and identify new ways to improve our apps and the processes behind their development.

Technical Criteria:
As a Senior Mobile Applications Developer, you will:
- Develop mobile applications using C# and .NET MAUI / .NET 8.
- Implement and maintain MVVM design patterns, leveraging frameworks like Prism.
- Conduct unit and UI testing, utilising tools such as Appium.
- Apply strong object-oriented programming principles.
- Manage source control using Git in ADO.
- Work with SQL databases and SQLite.
- A keen interest in UX/UI design, adhering to Apple and Google's Human Interface Guidelines.
Ideal Candidate:
- Demonstrable experience in building high-quality mobile applications.
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and inspiring team members.
- Ability to produce technical solutions for all new and existing development across the mobile apps eco system.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical issues with clarity.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and best practices.
- Review technical solutions to ensure they are technically sound and robust.
- Ensure that the effort estimates provided by the team are a true reflection of reality and work closely with the team enabling and supporting them to deliver in line with the effort estimates/deadlines
- Propose improvements and enhancements to our tech eco system and existing implementations to make them more secure, reliable and easy to setup, configure and implement.
- Be the go-to-person to address team's questions related to blockers and techical solutions.
