We are seeking a senior-level ESD Data Analyst to support the strategic embedding of transformation and ESG initiatives across the Group. This role is pivotal in translating data into strategic value, enabling informed decision-making, and driving sustainable impact.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Insight & Value Creation
Lead the conversion of complex data into high-impact insights that inform business strategy, transformation priorities, and ESG outcomes. -
ESG Data Solution Rollout
Spearhead the design and implementation of ESG data solutions that support regulatory alignment, sustainability reporting, and long-term value creation. -
Performance Monitoring & Strategic Alignment
Develop and refine performance models and metrics that align with Group strategy and transformation goals. Ensure continuous monitoring and feedback loops to support agile decision-making. -
Stakeholder Engagement & Enablement
Collaborate with business units and Group Strategy to embed data-driven thinking into transformation efforts. Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, ensuring data supports both operational and reputational objectives. -
Quality Assurance & Governance
Maintain high standards of data integrity and reporting quality. Provide oversight and assurance across all strategic data outputs.
Education
Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Physical, Mathematical, Computer and Life Sciences (Required)
