Overview of the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on, experienced Senior Technician to join our growing team. This full-time, senior-level position is ideal for someone with strong plumbing and electrical experience, a technical and diagnostic mindset, and a background in water purification systems. The ability to quote and consult with customers on-site is a key part of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot water purification systems for residential and commercial clients.
- Conduct on-site assessments and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and present customer quotes directly on-site.
- Deliver excellent service and assist in on-the-spot sales consultations.
- Support and guide junior technicians as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of service visits and work completed.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of electrical experience (essential).
- Water purification experience (important).
- Technical aptitude – ability to assess, diagnose, and resolve system issues.
- Sales knowledge – confident in quoting and offering tailored solutions.
- Plumbing experience or knowledge (advantageous).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
