Qualifications
- Relevant technical diplomas or certifications may be considered.
- CompTIA A+ and N+ or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Additional certifications in IT support or related fields are advantageous
Experience
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an IT support role or related field.
Duties
- Front-Line Technical Support
- Inbound and Outbound Calls
- Ticket Management
- New hardware deployments (Laptops / desktops)
- Printer support including Label Printers
- VOIP support
- Incident Prioritization
- Problem Resolutions
- Password Rests and Account Management
- Software Installation and Updates
- Hardware Support
- Remote Desktop Support
Job Competencies
- Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in using ticketing systems for incident management.
- Knowledge of remote desktop support tools.
- Understanding of IT support principles and practices.
- Familiarity with common operating systems and software applications.
- Knowledge of network troubleshooting and diagnostics.
- Awareness of IT security principles and best practices.
