L2 Support Engineer – Rayton Managed IT
Rayton Managed IT is looking for a skilled and motivated L2 Support Engineer to join our high-performance technical team. The ideal candidate must work well under pressure, operate at a fast pace, and demonstrate excellent communication skills — both with clients and within the team.
Key requirements:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure services and infrastructure
- In-depth knowledge of FortiGate firewalls and general firewall/network security
- Solid understanding of networking, including routing, switching, and VPNs
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and the Exchange Admin Center
- Must be able to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally across all levels
You’ll be responsible for handling escalated issues, supporting infrastructure projects, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in a dynamic environment.

Pay: R20 000,00 - R35 000,00 per month
