Join our team as a Night Shift Manager – Full-Time, On-Site | Somerset West
Are you a natural leader who thrives under pressure and keeps operations running like clockwork? We’re looking for a hands-on Night Shift Manager to take charge of our overnight operations and lead a committed, high-performing team through the most crucial hours of the day.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and support the night shift teams
- Handle escalations and crisis situations
- Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage escalations and troubleshoot technical problems quickly and efficiently
- Ensure operational continuity and compliance
- Submit end-of-shift reports
What You Bring:
- Proven experience managing teams
- Strong IT knowledge: hardware, software, networks, and common troubleshooting
- Crisis management and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy with the ability to use monitoring tools and support software
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Willingness to work strictly night shifts
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday 21:00 -06:00
Salary : Competitive Salary
