Responsibilities:
- Liaising with clients on administrative side only.
- Obtaining the correct information from clients.
- Recording details and information accurately on the relevant systems.
- Prepare new business – commercial and personal lines quotes on systems.
- Issuing new policies (on systems), renewals, and endorsements.
- Preparing renewal documentation.
- Record keeping (electronic).
- Provide regular feedback to relevant parties.
- Provide administrative support.
- Keeping up to date with industry changes, requirements and new developments.
- Good verbal and written communication skills (Afrikaans and English).
- Good administration, record keeping, multi-tasking and time-management skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Following processes/workflow.
- Well organised with an understanding of priorities and changing demands.
- Must be able to work well under pressure.
- Reliable, adaptable and resilient.
- Client focused and service orientated with good interpersonal skills.
- Efficient & remarkable service at all times.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience within the Short-Term Insurance industry.
- Commercial and Personal Lines experience.
- Grade 12 / NQF4.
- FETC: Short Term Insurance NQF L4 qualification.
- RE5 (Representative).
- Computer literate (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word).
- Good communication skills and telephone etiquette
