Service Station Site Manager
Oilgro (Pty) Ltd is looking for a Site Manager to join our team at the Sasol and OK Express site in Centurion.
Required:
- South African citizen
- Grade 12/Matric (additional qualifications or training will be advantageous)
- At least 2 years management experience in the fuel (BP, Engen, Astron Energy or Sasol experience) OR retail industry (FreshStop, Pick n Pay, OK Express, Woolworths, Shoprite or restaurant experience will be beneficial)
- Strong operational experience
- Comfortable managing site's labour relations (hearings, warnings, consultations)
- Self-starter, detail-oriented, and ambitious
- High work integrity
