- Set up, operate and maintain SMT machines to ensure efficient & accurate PCB assembly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SMT machine issues (nozzle blockages, leaking pipes, feeder faults, etc.) to prevent downtime.
- Handle and apply solder paste and glue with precision.
- Monitor production and take corrective action to maintain consistently high quality output.
- Apply strong technical skills: keep equipment in optimal condition and read/verify component values.
- Follow all safety and quality standards.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an SMT machine operator.
