Purpose
Manages the company’s social media accounts and posts content
Key responsibilities:
Content planning and content
Understand the overall social media needs of the business entities, including the brand customer, product goals and other aspects of service
Engages with clients entities and external clients and provide social media services
Crear\tee content appropriate for each of the business entities
Implement plans to create followers on popular social media websites such as X. Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
Participation in creative brainstorming
Creation/ Completion of presentations
Managing social media
Obtain upcoming campaigns for all business entities and create a plan for social media strategies monthly
Enhance the brands by raising awareness through various social media platforms
Keep track of the stats of all posting to ensure brand message is constant
Manage high volume of social media posts daily
Interact with followers and potential customers by communicating through the company’s social pages
Manages the company’s social accounts and posts content

Client services and reporting/content performance
Work with clients team to formulate content creations
Engage with followers in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms
