Application Management
- Liaising extensively with internal stakeholders
- Release candidate verification management
- Performing fourth line application support to internal stakeholders
- Environment configuration and change management
- Performance base line monitoring and management
- Application insights management, monitoring and reporting
- Application maintenance and optimization
- Cost to serve management
- Manages and maintains an organization's systems and applications.
- Ensures software applications perform optimally to meet business goals.
- Analyses system issues, oversees software implementation projects, and provides technical support.
- Conducts system analyses to determine how well digital systems meet clients' needs.
- Assists in the installation, testing, and maintenance of applications and system software.
- Diagnoses problems with applications, designs solutions, and ensures their implementation
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Educational Qualifications:
- Matric
- BCom IT/BSc Informatics/BCom Informatics or related field
Professional Qualifications/Certification
- Microsoft Azure Certification (Preferred)
Years of Experience
- 5 - 8 years’ experience in a product support environment in the HealthTech industry revolving around areas in:
- IT Technical Skills, namely database administration, Windows server administration and technical trouble shooting skills, Cloud Management (Microsoft Azure), Systems Monitoring, working knowledge of Kubernetes management.
Other requirements
- Working knowledge of IT systems advantageous
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong oral and written communications skills.

- Excellent administrator with strong attention to detail.
- Technology and system savvy.
- Numeracy skills.
