We’re looking for a Data & Financial Analyst to join our Transactional Banking Change team and elevate our decision-making capabilities.This role is pivotal in bridging data science and financial analysis to ensure our projects and business strategies are grounded in accurate, timely, and actionable insights. You’ll also support the operational backbone of our change initiatives, maintaining governance and documentation excellence.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Data & Financial Analysis
- Build and evolve our data and financial analysis capabilities.
- Develop and enforce data quality standards and best practices.
- Design and manage dashboards, models, and reporting tools to assess project and portfolio health.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses, ROI evaluations, and financial forecasting.
- Identify trends and insights across financial and operational data.
Reporting & Insights
- Deliver consolidated reports with strategic insights for stakeholders.
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for senior decision-makers.
- Create visualizations and dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to track key metrics and KPIs.
Administrative & Strategic Support
- Maintain project documentation: risk registers, action logs, milestone trackers, and governance records.
- Participate in meetings, capturing key decisions, risks, and financial impacts.
- Support the development of project management frameworks and templates.
Data Quality Assurance
- Champion data integrity through validation, reconciliation, and auditing routines.
- Collaborate across teams to resolve data inconsistencies and improve data pipelines.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in data analytics or data science.
- Strong foundation in financial concepts: forecasting, budgeting, ROI analysis.

Proficient in:
- Data tools: Excel (advanced), SQL, Python or R
- Visualization: Power BI or Tableau
- Financial modeling: Excel-based
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills—able to tailor insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
Education
Bachelor's Degree: Information Technology
