- 3 years store management experience.
- Knowledge of production processes.
- Ability to provide frequent, direct, and oral feedback.
- Proficient knowledge of stock control and management.
- A high level of problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities.
- Available to work extended hours, including weekends and nights.
- Must have easy access to transport for work – live within (20km radius).
