Planning
Input order quantities accurately as directed by Demand Planners.
Assist with preparing and distributing forecasts to suppliers.
Support the team in updating forecast files and ensuring the accuracy of planning inputs.
Trading
Collate and input weekly/monthly sales reports.
Monitor stock availability and escalate potential stock risks or delays.
Liaise with suppliers to confirm order status, delivery timelines, and resolve any discrepancies.
Reviewing
Assist in reviewing GRVs (Goods Received Vouchers) and follow up on discrepancies with warehouses.
Support post-delivery reviews, ensuring stock receipts match expected volumes and timing.
Help identify recurring supply or delivery issues for escalation.
Data and Systems
Ensure accurate and timely input of all order related and sales data into relevant systems.
Support the maintenance of planning tools, master data, and reporting templates.
Assist with data validation and basic analysis to support planning decisions.
Qualifications:
Data administration experience.
Understanding of data administration systems and practices.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or supply chain support role (preferred). Strong skills in Excel, Microsoft Office, ERP systems, or order management platforms are an advantage.
Understanding of supply chain principles and planning processes.
