We are currently seeking a Switchboard/Administrator to join our company.
The individual will have the following duties and responsibilities:
· Ensure the cleanliness and functionality of the reception area.
· Answer switchboard promptly ensuring callers are transferred correctly.
· Assisting walk in customers when required
· Mail distribution
· Report any faulty telephone lines.
· Assisting Marketing and Finance department when required
· Ensure that there are sufficient refill water bottles and Nespresso pods for branch usage, ordered and communicated to purchasing department when necessary.
· Monthly updating of fleet report schedule
· Daily updating of driver log sheets for Warehouse Manager submission and review
· Any other duties designated to you by management
