Key Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process – from job posting and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and onboarding.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments to identify suitable applicants for various roles.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate and job data.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and advertisements in collaboration with hiring teams.
- Engage with candidates via phone, email, and social media to build talent pipelines and promote employer branding.
- Conduct reference checks and assist with background screening as part of the hiring process.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure alignment with company policies and hiring goals.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve processes.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
- Comfortable using recruitment platforms, ATS systems, and productivity tools like Excel and Outlook.

- Attention to detail – especially when screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate data.
