We’re looking for a Technical Support & Integrations Specialist who can serve as the bridge between clients and their technical team. You should have a strong understanding of how system integrations work, particularly API connections, and be able to coordinate requirements, manage timelines, and keep projects moving smoothly. While you won’t be writing code yourself, you’ll need to speak the language of both clients and technical staff, ensuring everyone is aligned. Strong communication, process management, and problem-solving skills are essential, and experience in technical environments or logistics will help you excel in this role
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between the technical team and external clients during system integrations.
- Coordinate and manage the full lifecycle of integration projects—from requirements gathering to successful completion.
- Translate client needs into clear technical requirements for internal development teams.
- Monitor progress, track deliverables, and manage communication across multiple stakeholders.
- Facilitate regular check-ins and provide updates between technical and client teams to maintain alignment.
- Ensure all integration-related documentation is up to date and accurately maintained.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues, risks, or miscommunications.
- Guide clients on integration best practices and capabilities.
- Oversee the management of multiple integrations concurrently without compromising quality.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a coordination, support, or project-based role within a technical environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Previous exposure to SaaS platforms, logistics systems, or software integrations.
- Familiarity with data flow concepts, systems communication, and application interoperability.
- Background in freight forwarding, logistics, or international shipping is a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Other Requirements
- High-speed fiber internet (minimum 50–100 Mbps).
- Own laptop/desktop with external monitor.
- Stable backup power supply.
- Quality headset with a built-in microphone.
- Availability: Monday–Friday during U.S. time zones.
