The VUKA Group is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telemarketer to join our Mining portfolio team for a short-term contract, supporting Nigeria Mining Week.
Your role will include:
- Making outbound calls to targeted lists of industry contacts
- Promoting Nigeria Mining Week and securing delegate registrations
- Updating and maintaining accurate call records in our CRM
- Providing regular progress reports to the team
- Delivering a professional and friendly customer experience in every interaction
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has prior telesales, telemarketing, or call centre experience
- Is confident, articulate, and persuasive on the phone
- Can work independently and meet daily call and sales targets
- Is organised and detail-oriented with strong admin skills
- Is comfortable working remotely or from our Cape Town offices
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 2 months
Pay: R7 999,00 - R8 000,00 per month
