Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. You’ll be the face of Thule in Menlyn Maine, helping customers find the perfect gear for their adventures while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product selection and inquiries
- Demonstrate and explain Thule products, including installation guidance
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and promotions
- Support team goals and contribute to a positive store culture
Requirements
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Passion for outdoor activities, travel, or adventure gear
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, email, inventory tools)
- Physically able to assist with product installations and lifting items
