Job Description Summary
The Trade Execution Coordinator - planning, capturing daily loads and communication to customers and internal role players. This role may require performing functions in addition to those associated with his/her own position.
Minimum qualifications and experience
National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
Minimum 2 to 5 years solid administrative experience, position,environment
Knowledge of the grain industry, sunflowers and soybean
Role & Responsibility
Capturing data into the system.
Booking of trucks to load daily in the system.
Communicate with different stakeholders
Responsible for reconciliation of daily capturing versus the system .
Ensure all loading information is capturing daily
Contract Management
Following up on trucks not off loaded
Skills, Knowledge and experience
Proficient excel skills, good communication
Systems savvy, and/or experience using ERP systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated experience in administrative tasks – reporting.
Customer service orientated
Good interpersonal and organizing skills.
Ability to prioritize effectively, with excellent time management skills.
The ability to be proactive and work under pressure.
Ability to handle conflict situations well and establish a plan/strategy that reduces future situations.

Office based in Techno Park, Stellenbosch.
Reports on Trade Execution Lead
Market related base salary + provident and medical aid benefits.
Work model - Monday to Friday with ad hoc flexibility working from home.
Seasonal activities / harvest run from April to August.
December is financial year end.
